“Leibe, vhy do you look so sad?” Ludwig asked in a concerned manner as he sat down next to you on the bed
You let out a long sigh and was about to speak
“You miss your family don’t you?” He asked before you could say anything
You nodded
“Vhy did you even run avay anyvay? You never told me the full story?” He brought you closer to him and waited patiently for you to speak
“My dad said I could leave” You started which got his attention “There was this guy who wouldn’t leave me alone, and he’s a pretty important guy for America so it wasn’t as easy as a restraining order or something, and he’s my dad’s boss because my dad is an American general, so the whole “Run away” thing is something he made up to tell his boss so he wouldn’t try to find me.”
“So…” Ludwig started “you left America to get away from a guy but end up getting with a guy anyvays?” He kind of chuckled
“Well kind of” You smiled “I never thought I was going to meet you so it was just an added bonus to my trip around the world, I’ve been to Canada, England, France, Spain, and of course here in Germany”
Ludwig cringed at the names “I guess if your dad is a general it make sense that you vould carry a knife and be able to keep up vith me vhen ve exercise”
“Yep, him and I used to have a routine of 4 miles each morning, then as many sit ups and push ups we could get in three minutes and then every other day we did pull ups and the days we didn’t do pull ups we did lunges and squats”
‘so zat’s how she has a nice ass’ Ludwig smirked and thought to himself
“What’s that weird smile for?” You leaned back a little to look at his face
“Oh it’s nozing, just got to sleep ve need to get some rest” He brought you down in the bed beside him, held you close and kissed you for a while, but it didn’t take long for you to fall asleep

Germany’s POV
I vas vaiting for America to get here so ve could have that super secret meeting today vith his best general, not sure vhy he he vanted me for this meeting but he said it vas about military strategies
“Hey Germany are you ready to get this party started!?” I heard America’s voice ring down ze hall
“Yeah, if zats vhat you vant to call it” I said to him
As I followed him to the meeting room I couldn’t help but to zink about vhat (name) had said to me about her fazer and how he vas an American general, but zere is no vay zat zis guy is her fazer
“Alright we’re here!” America opened ze door and stepped in vith me right behind him “General (last name) this is Germany, Germany meet my best general!”
My eyes videned in shock vhen I heard his last name, ze same last name as (name)
“It’s nice to meet you sir” I said as I shook his hand
“Likewise” he said shaking meine back
Ve discussed everything zat needed discussed, he is a very smart man, I know now vere (name) gets her intelligence, he is kind of intimidating too even for me.
((Time skip)) Still Germany’s POV
“Vell sir I must get going now” I said politely and stood up
“But Germany general (last name) hasn’t mentioned his daughter once!” America shouted in protest of ending ze meeting
The general’s eyes videned and so did meine
“I don’t think it is appropriate to discuss her right now America, and Germany seems like he wants to go” The general said back angrily
“Ja, vhy vould I vant to know about his daughter?” I asked as if I didn’t know
“But she’s hot! And she ran away! We need your help to find her!” America shouted
If only her knew, but I don’t vant him to know
“I vill talk vith ze general in private zen” I said plainly
America agreed and left myself and the general alone vith an awkward silence
“I have nothing to discuss with you Germany, my daughter’s whereabouts are none of your concern” Ze general finally said
“I zink you should know somzing, I know vere your daughter is….” I paused
He raised an eye brow at me as if he didn’t believe vhat I said “Go on…” he said
“First off is your daughter’s name (name)?” His eyes videned and he shook his head “And she didn’t really run avay did she?” He shook his head no and I could see ze concern on his face “Do not vorry, she is fine, in fact she is more zan fine, she lives vith me, and…..ve….are dating….” I can’t believe I just said zat!!
Ze general stood up “I see” He started “I can tell a lot about a man just from the way he holds himself in situations, your eyes widened when you heard my name, that was my first indicator, then when America mentioned my daughter we both had the same reaction, at that point in time I already knew. All I have to really say to you now is to keep this meeting a secret, even to her, for her own protection, and make sure America never finds out where she is, he will do whatever it takes to get her. I don’t know the reason for his obsession over her but it isn’t a safe one, so take care of her, and if you don’t I will convince America and the other Axis to go to war with Germany, got that?”
I nervously shook my head “Yes sir, and for vhat it’s vorth, I love your daughter”
Vith vone last firm hand shake ve left ze room to meet up vith America again
“So did you figure out how to find (name)!?” It erks me to hear him say her name
“Not much we can do other than keep an eye out” The general answered
“Awe man!” America pouted a little but accepted it
As ve exchanged our good buys (name)’s fazer mouthed a ‘thank you’ to me, honestly I vas expecting to get yelled at, at least, but he vas ok vith ze situation, as long as America doesn’t find out

Your POV
You happily danced around the kitchen preparing dinner for your German man. He should be home soon and dinner was almost done so by the time he walks through the door it will be on the table.
You mashed the potatoes and added the seasonings and any other needed ingredients to make them the best
The fried cabbage was done and the pork roast was just about done and all that was left was Ludwig and a beer
You prepared the two plates and set them down along with a nice cold beer for Ludwig, and right on time the front door opens to reveal a very tired looking Ludwig
“Welcome home Luddy” You welcomed him with a big hug and an even bigger kiss “Dinner is ready”
He smiled as you took his hand and let him to the dining room table
“Vow, leibe zis looks very good! You are getting so much better vith your cooking” He sat down across from you and eyed his food
You gave him an excited smile and you both began to eat happily
“So how did the meeting go?” You asked
Ludwig bit his tongue but eventually answered “It vas ok, nozing important really”
“Well at least something too crazy didn’t happen this time” You smiled and giggled
He gave a half forced smile and continued eating
After you had finished eating you and Ludwig washed dishes together, you kept sending him flirtatious vibes but he wasn’t really accepting them
Later after that you were just relaxing with him on the couch watching TV
“Luddy,” You said softly “Are you sure nothing happened today at the meeting?”
He turned off the TV and turned to you “Somezing did happen” He paused “But it’s secret military information zat I can’t tell anyone, even you leibe, I’m sorry”
You scooted closer to him and climbed into his lap. He wrapped his arms around you tightly and held you close “It’s ok, I understand, just next time don’t tell me it was nothing ok?” You laid your head on his chest
“I promise I vill tell you vhat I can from now on”
((Small time skip))
Ludwig opened his eyes. He looked around for a second and realized he had fallen asleep on the couch with you in his arms, you were asleep too. He smiled in moved a few strands of (color) hair from your face and he stood up and carried you up to the bedroom, laying you gently on the bed and getting in right after to be next to you, he whispered “Ich leibe dich (name)” and kissed your forehead
He laid there for a while just thinking about the day, but eventually fell asleep again
