Seni swooned over that ring on your finger. She just couldn’t contain herself every time she saw you. “It glistens so beautifully in the sunlight!” She would say. Sometimes…”Ritsu sure knows how to pick out a diamond!” And other times….”Oh my gosh! Razor!” And she would squeal.

You chuckled as she once again held your hand close to her face for examination. “Seni, please calm down.”

“How can I when my girl is engaged! I mean this is big! For the whole family!” She exclaimed

“Yeah well Raven isn’t that excited about it.” You grumbled “Besides, he’s engaged too, and you don’t harass him over it.” You chuckled

“To tell you the truth I don’t much care for that bride of his.” Seni said quietly. She wasn’t the only one who didn’t like the girl…

Just then Raven walked by. Not saying a word likes he’s done all week. Ignoring you and only giving you grunts in response.

“Hey Raven.” You smiled trying to get him to talk.

And he only grunted as he walked away.

“Don’t mind him I’m sure he’ll get over it soon. Remember you’re his little sister. He’s just going to have to live with the fact that there is another man in your life.” Seni said

“Let’s hope.” You sighed.

Sneaking away from Seni when Ritsu came over was a chore in itself. As you hid in the garden with Ritsu kissing each other and getting a little touchy feely Raven showed up.

“Raven? What do you want?” You asked as you saw him out of the corner of your eye.

“Kasanoda! I forbid you from taking my sister!” Raven shouted

“Raven!” You shouted back getting angry

“No Razor! You are all I have left of mom! You look just like her! You act like her! I can’t just let some GUY come in and take all I have left away!” Raven got up in Ritsu’s face. But with Raven being your brother he backed away. It wouldn’t be right to fight him.

But you pushed Raven away and got between the two. “Knock it off Raven! It’s not like I’m leaving forever to a far away place! I’ll be right down the road! Stop being rude and selfish!”

And then it happened. You and Raven crashed to the ground in an all out brawl. Ritsu stood there terrified and speechless as you and Raven wrestled around at his feet.

“H-Hey guys…?” He tried but to no effect when you and Raven ignored him and had each other in tight holds.

“You’re such a dumb ass Raven!” You shouted

“I’m the dumb ass? You should go look in a fucking mirror!” Raven shouted back

“Excuse me Ritsu.”

Ritsu looked over his shoulder in shock to see your dad. He had heard the yelling and came to investigate.

“RAVENKU! RAZENKU!” Came your father’s booming voice.

You and Raven froze in your places. You had him in a full nelson. You let go and the two of you limped to the ground looking up at your angered father.

“You two. What is the meaning of this fight!” He demanded

You stood up “Raven being stupid as always.”

Then Raven stood up “Not as stupid as you are for getting engaged!”

“Is this what this is all about? Raven! Why are you angry at her for this?” Your father asked

Raven adverted his eyes away from your fathers. “I…I just want to protect my little sister.”

“As any good big brother should. But, in our world as the daughter of this house she will leave and go to a new home, start a family, and do the same thing for her daughter. Even if we were just normal people in this world you cannot stop her from leaving. Her and Ritsu are engaged, I myself approved of this. She isn’t going far.” Your father said smiling “Besides son. You will be married soon as well. Your wedding is in less than a month. Your bride is leaving her family to join ours. How do you think her siblings feel? They lover her as much as you love Razor, but yet, they are not fighting to keep her there.”

Raven held his tongue.

“Raven. Tell him what you said to me.” You said

Raven sighed “I don’t want Razor to leave because, because she reminds me too much of mom…”

“I know. Do you really think I want her to go too?” Your father said “Razor, why don’t you and Ritsu go out tonight. Raven and I need to talk.”

You and Ritsu both nodded and headed off. “Uhh sorry about that.” You said

“It’s alright. Your mother must have been one awesome woman to make Raven behave like that.” Ritsu smiled

“She sure was.” You smiled back.

As the day turned to night you and Ritsu got into that kissing habit that the two of you seem to have.

You found yourself below him in his bed and out of breath from an intense make out session. “Razor.” He said leaning in close “You are so beautiful.”

Your cheeks heated up even more as you looked up at him. The one you were going to marry. Razenku Kasanoda. That’s who you’ll be.

“Ritsu. Do you…?” You paused trying to figure out how word this.

KNOCK KNOCK

You and Ritsu both turned to his door. “Young lord. Sorry to bother you but your father would like to see you.” Came Tetsuya’s voice

Ritsu sat up “Alright. I’ll be right out.”

You sat up as well and straightened out your hair, making sure you were just heavily making out for the past hour or so. Even though you were….

The two of you exited the room and made your way to Ritsu’s father.

“Razor lovely as always.” His father greeted. “But I’m afraid this is a talk just for Ritsu and I.”

“Of course.” You smiled and exited the room. You walked to the main hall to see if the others wanted to play cards or something.

Ritsu sat down across from his father. “You wanted to talk?”

His father pulled out a small box that was wrapped up in silk fabric. “This weekend, see if you can take Razor to our vacation home. You will be there alone. And you will take this box with you. Open it up later tonight after you take her home.”

Ritsu took the box and then gave his father a questioning look. “I don’t understand.”

“You will once you get to open the box. And if she can’t go this week end try the next. You may go now.”

Ritsu, still confused took the box and stood up. He gave one last confused look to his dad and left the room.

Down the hall he could hear laughter from the men in his syndicate. He peeked into the room and saw you playing cards with them, they all loved you and were always more than happy when you came over, Ritsu went to his room and put the box in a safe place for later and then went back to you and the others. “I join in next round!” Ritsu said

You smiled up at him. “Take a seat looser.” You joked

Ritsu sat in his room and unwrapped the silk from the box. It was quite late, you were home, and he was alone.

He opened the box and his eyes widened. “W-What?” He questioned with a blush. In the box, was another box. A box of condoms.. Ritsu quickly stashed the box away out of sight. And thus began his sleepless night of constant questions.
