Sebastian Xreader Chapter 6





“Knock knock hehehehe”

You looked at the front door to the Phantomhive manner only to see the undertaker walk in unannounced

You sighed “I’m guessing you’re here to take me back?”

“Hehehehe yes…I need a little help at the funeral parlor is all. Tis the season! Heat strokes, drowning, and dehydration are coming our way hehehehehe”

You couldn’t say no, but you also didn’t want to leave maybe…only be gone for a day or two?

“Well, give me a moment to get Sebastian and my things” You said as you turned only to be face to chest with Sebastian.

“No need to go find me.” Sebastian said with a smile down at you.

“The undertaker needs my help so I uhh wanted to tell you that I would be gone for a few days or so” you said looking up at Sebastian hoping he wouldn’t get angry that you were leaving.

“Of course you do have a duty as an ex reaper to help the dead” Sebastian said

You frowned. He didn’t even fight a little to have you stay

“Alright” You said defeated

“I’ll go get your things.” Sebastian kissed your forehead and walked off to gather your things so you can go with the undertaker.

A few minutes later Sebastian placed your bag into the undertaker’s carriage and helped you up into it.    

“I’ll see you soon my love.” He said with a gentle kiss upon your lips before the undertaker snapped the reigns and the horses took off, leaving you to watch Sebastian and the other servants as they waved to you.

‘Why do I feel like I’m leaving him forever…?’ you thought

((Time Skip)) the next day

Just like the undertaker said, you had a small child who drowned in the river swimming while trying to cool off form the summer heat….

This was your first child you had to dress up for a funeral….

But not the first child you’ve seen dead, you’ve reaped the soul of a few. It was never a good day when you had to do that.

“It’s sad I know.” The undertaker said with a sigh “Grell reaped the soul for this young man just this morning.”

Grell….he probably didn’t even try to save the poor kid. At least you tried, only to get in trouble with William.

You sighed and closed the small coffin “I’m going for a walk. I’m not feeling well, need some fresh air.”

The undertaker waved as you walked out of the funeral parlor and down the street.

You walked for a while to the outskirts of town so you could be secluded and not see any people, alive, or dead.

“Aha” You said as you found your favorite climbing tree

It didn’t take you long to hoist yourself up and relax on the large overhanging branch, of course it just so happens to be overhanging the river that boy drowned in this morning.  

Letting out a deep sigh you got a little more comfortable on the branch, only to fall asleep…..

((Time Skip))

‘Is someone poking me??’ you thought as another harsh jab hit your side

You opened your eyes to be face to face with a blond haired boy who was grinning as he poked you.

“What, are you doing?” you asked angrily

“Oh Claude she is alive!” The boy shouted

You sat up…on the ground…? Did you fall?

You looked up to see a man dressed as a butler with golden eyes and glasses.

“I told you she was alive.” The man said

“I want her to come with us!” The boy shouted

WHAT!

“As you wish, your heiness.” The man said with a bow….like Sebastian does…

“I’m not going with you!” You shouted standing up and getting out your death scythe

“A reaper. I should have known.” The man said

He’s-He’s a demon,,,,

He reached into his dress coat and pulled out….gold knives..? Like Sebastian.

“Tell me something, are you a demon butler like Sebastian?” You asked hoping he would just go away or something

“I would rather you not compare me to that filth, I knew I smelled his faint scent on you. Filthy.” Was his reply

Filthy?

“GET HER CLAUDE!” The boy shouted

‘Why this brat wants this reaper I have no idea….” Claude thought to himself

Before you knew it Claude has thrown his table knives at you pinning you to the tree and making you drop your death scythe

“Easy” Claude said

“YAY CLAUDE YOU DID IT!” The boy spun around and giggled

Damn it….

And that was the last thing you remembered….

((Time Skip)) Sebastian’s POV

I opened the door to the funeral parlor. It was late and I wanted to surprise (name) for the night, and maybe get a little something myself. I smirked.

“Hehehe well hello demon butler, if your looking for (name) she isn’t here” I heard the undertaker’s voice muffled from inside of a coffin

“Where is she?” I asked a little annoyed

I heard the ‘Creek’ of the coffin open and saw the undertaker “Not sure really, hehehehe, she got upset when she had to prepare the body of a child today and said she was goin for a walk…she hasn’t come back yet.”

I sighed “Do you know were she could have gone?”

“Yes, hehehehe the large willow tree on the edge of the river outside of town, that’s he favorite place to be hehehehe”

I thanked him and left immediately “All of this over a child? How troublesome you can be (name), ah well, I do love you all the same.” I said to myself as I made my way to the willow tree

But once I got there I saw no sign of (name). But, I did see her death scythe…and a fowl stench

“Claude Faustus, you bastard.”
