“How about this dress?” Miu said as she held up another dress

“T-Too short!” You said as you were getting slightly frustrated with yourself that you couldn’t pick out a dress.

“What…about…this one?” Shigure said holding up…something that resembled a dress….kind of

“Shigure! What is that even!?”

Miu sighed “Ok, I think I know what to do.”

She took you by the arm and raced out of the shop and into another with more sensible clothing..

“THIS DRESS!” She shouted

Your eyes widened “It’s perfect!!!”

“Very….pretty…” Shigure added

You Miu, and Shigure quickly made your ways back to Ryozanpaku to get you ready and wait for Takeda.

“Do I look alright?” You asked as you slowly spun around for Mui and Shigure to examine you in the dress.

“Lovely!” Miu said

“I…like it…” Shigure nodded in agreement.

“I’m sure Takeda will love it, so don’t be too nervous alright? You look great!” Mui said as she noticed how nervous you were and she tried to reassure you.

“Thanks you two!” You said taking one last look in the mirror before racing down to the main building of the dojo.

“Ooooo (Name) that dress is simply lovely!” Kensei said as he started to snap pictures of you.

“Quit taking picture you perv!” You shouted as you kicked the camera out of his hands shattering it to peaces.

“Oh well that wasn’t very nice, that was my best camera.” Kensei pouted

“Heh. You got a good kick there kid.” Shio said as he took another gulp of his beer.

“I do?” You asked slightly confused

“You sure do kiddo!”

“I see you ready for your date (Name), you look very lovely, the dress suits you.” Akisame said as he stepped into the room.

“Thank you .” You said with a big smile

“Takeda sure will be excited to see you all dressed up!” The elder chuckled to himself

“Yeah I can’t wait to see the look on his face!” Kenichi added

“APPACHAI THIKNS (NAME) LOOKS PRETTY!”

It was only a short amount of time when the gates to Ryozanpaku opened and Takeda stepped inside.

You froze and blushed and then rushed to hide behind Akisame.

He simply chuckled as Takes walked up “Hey guys, is (Name) around?”

Everyone chuckled and in a flash Akisame was gone from in front of you, in fact the whole room was now empty.

“Well then..” Takeda said looking around at the now empty room besides you. But once his eyes found you his jaw dropped and he was lost for words “I…you….ummm…” He blushed “Ready to go?” He examined you for a moment in the (Color) dress that went just below your knees and was very flowy with a floral belt that hung loosely around your waist.

You blushed as well from his reaction to you. “Y-Yes..” You said

Takeda was also nicely dressed. He had nice jeans on with a white shirt and a black sport coat.

He held out his arm to you and you accepted it with a smile and together you left Ryozanpaku for your date.

“We should…fallow them to make sure everything goes alright.” Akisame said from the roof with the others

“You’re worried about (Name) aren’t you?” Shio teased

“No no just want to make sure no one sees (name) and bothers her ruining the date.” Akisame lied.

Takeda cleared his throat after a moment of silence. “You uhh you look very pretty today.” He said with a blush “I mean uhhh Not that you don’t look pretty any other day!” He shouted nervously.

You chuckled softly and blushed “Thank you, you look very handsome yourself.”

Takeda lead you on to an unknown destination for a while.

“Takeda?” You asked sweetly “Can I ask where we are going?”

“A surprise.” He said with a blushy grin.

That just made the rest of the walk more exciting!

After a few more minutes of walking Takeda waved to someone in the distance and you noticed that you were entering a park.

Squinting your eyes you noticed that Takeda was waving at Ukita.

Ukita was going on the date with you? The though t made you a bit sad  that it wasn’t going to just be you and Takeda.

Then Ukita ran off somewhere…

Takeda saw the look on your face and chuckled a but. “Don’t worry Ukita was only looking after our food.”


“What?” You asked but the next thing you saw was a picnic all set answering your question for you.

You smiled brightly and hugged Takeda around the waist tightly.

Takeda blushed and hugged you back. “I’m going to guess you like this idea?” He chuckled

You looked up at him and smiled big “I love it!” You shouted.

As you both sat down on the blanket that had been spread out for you the masters did their spying…

“A picnic huh?” Akisame said with a smile “Cute.”

“The kid really knows how to get to a girl’s heart doesn’t he Akisame?” Shio chuckled  

Akisame death glared Shio and the other master’s laughed.

Takeda poured you some more tea from the thermos and set out some rice balls and fried veggies.

“Did you make all this?” You asked taking a big bite.

“Erm, no…” Takeda said nervously and embarrassed “Miu did…”

“Miu is a good cook! She’s teaching me how to cook, slowly but surly I’m learning, and don’t be embarrassed about it being Miu’s cooking, I still love the picnic, and…” You blushed “I’m happy to on this date with you.”

Takeda scooted a little closer to ware he was right directly in front of you, both of you sat on your knees. He leaned in real close to your ear.

“I’m very happy you said yes to me.” He whispered “And don’t be alarmed but the masters are watching us.”

Your eyes widened and you started to look around, but Takeda took your cheeks in his hands and brought your face close and sealed the gap with a kiss.

From the tree tops where the masters sat they all “Awed” At the same time.

“Akisame, you’re such a good father.” Shio teased

“What does that have to do with them kissing? And I’m not a father, just a soon-to-be adoptive caregiver is all.” Akisame stated

“By the look in your eye Akisame, I can tell you’re a good father.” The Elder said with a bright smile.

“APPACHAI IS GOING TO CRY! SO HAPPY!!”

And Kensei only focused on the taking of the pictures…

Later that night after Takeda walked you back to Ryozanpaku, he ran into someone…

“Hey, Takeda the puncher!” Someone yelled

“Huh?” Takeda said as he turned

It was your step-brother…

“Get lost!” Takeda shouted

“My father and (Name)’s mother are quite upset with her, they plan on a counter attack when the authorities show up, I hope you and your little friends are ready, (Name) will come home with us, soon.” Your step-brother said.

“I won’t let you take her back! And neither will the masters, you better hope they have mercy on your father and (Name)’s mother, because they all have grown to love her, and if it were me, I would kill all of you, but I’m not into that anymore, have fun in Ragnarok, because it won’t last long.”

“You just wait Takeda, (Name) can’t protect herself, I know for a fact, there have been many time when I would be the one to lay down the law of the house on her.” He said with a smirk.

Every word he said just pissed Takeda off even more, word by word Takeda began to clench his fists, until he snapped.

With a swing of his lethal left,  Takeda had knocked your step-brother back a few feet. Then his buddies showed up.

“Nice one, but it’s four on one now, I hope (Name) knows how to fix broken bones, oh wait she does, I have broken a few of hers and she set them herself, small one though, like fingers and toes.”

It’s like your step-brother knew where to hit, Takeda’s arm was still slightly weak in the joint, and that is where he met most of the blows other than his four arms blocking what he could, all four attacked at the same time.

But eventually with enough rage built up Takeda, with a hurt arm, managed to knock every single one of them out, and so he made his way back to Ryozanpaku, to see Akisame once again.

You, Miu, and Shigure sat in the hot spring soaking and bathing.

Random chit chat filled the silence, Miu asking about the date and Shigure telling you over and over again that she wasn’t spying, though you knew she was.

Wrapped in your robes after you all got out of the hot spring you made your way back to the main building.

“Does Akisame have a patient?” you asked pointing to his bone setters clinic, the light was on.

“Not sure.” Miu said

“I’ll go see, I wanted to talk to him anyway.” You said making your way to the clinic.

You opened the door and peaked in only to be shocked at what you saw. “T-Takeda!?” You said rushing in.

He was shirtless as Akisame pressed on his shoulder.

“Are you alright, you’re all beat up.” You said placing a hand on his good, bare, muscular shoulder

“Yeah, I’m fine, just a little get together I ran into ya know?” He said with a smile and then cringed in pain as Akisame pressed a little harder

“It was (Step-Brother) wasn’t it?” You asked though you were positive it was.

Takeda lowered his head “Yeah, it was. He said that they’re going to try a counter attack to get you back, BUT I WON’T LET THAT HAPPEN!”

“None of us will (Name). You don’t need to be scared.” Akisame said, he could tell that you were scared.

“Please don’t let them take me back.” You said softly.

Takeda brought you into his lap and held on tight “I will never let that happen (name).”
